We met in Rishikesh in 2013, where Sonia Novaes lived for many years in Swami Dayananda's Ashram. A graduate of the ashram Institute, Arsha Vidya Pitham, she now lives in Auroville and through Ātma Vidyā offers classes in Vedanta, Sanskrit, recitations, meditation and pujas.
