We will take care of the management of your payments, fees and taxes in Brazil, as well as all local service providers (transport, activities and accommodation) in each country. We will talk about different possibilities of payment methods for each country (especially for Nepal).
We support with the purchase of your international air and travel insurance indicating the best routes, fares and flight schedules available. In general, it has been more practical and there have been more advantages, after identifying the best routes, connections and flights, we bought (only) international air from the airlines themselves. If you prefer to buy air from Brazil via a travel agency in Brazil that you trust, which you usually use for tickets and travel in other regions of the world, we also support you in this way.
You will have a very efficient assistance during your trip because we know these regions very well, we are for most of the year in one of these countries with the same time zone as your trip. During business hours, communication via Whatsapp, telephone and email takes place practically immediately. We value and work with a minimum standard of hotel structure and professionalism, within the possibilities in each region of these countries on your trip, for numerous important reasons such as: your safety, cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and restaurants (as far as possible), reliability with regard to your reservations, location, consequent important comfort and rest while end and beginning of your days with so many new experiences and learnings. Then we'll take care of Travel Organization with Local Operations, together with each service provider involved, with all the care mentioned above, the program value it is then calculated so that it is available for your final approval. Sometimes we will have already sent a program assembled and quoted as close as possible to your trip, also as a reference. Your trip values will be consistently matched.
Your travel program is then assembled and made available on our website with the itinerary, images, data about your trains, flights, car trips and list of activities so that it can be easily used before and during your trip, printed and from your cell phone. Your trip will also be presented in a face-to-face conversation, by Google Meet, Whatsapp or email according to our locations and meeting possibilities.
We will then proceed with the preparation and organization of your trip from checking your passport, mandatory and recommended vaccinations, visas if necessary, flights, insurance, including an important briefing in person or online on important practical tips and how to travel with quality in these countries.
Changes to approved travel programs in these countries require a good deal of time to get them back in order. So, in order for us to offer the highest level of customization and excellent values, changes they are made for a fee of us$100 for the first day and us$50 on the other days when there are changes in: hotels, tickets, visits and/or itinerary, more than possible, if any, difference in the values of these local service providers.

No case of cancellation, the service of assembling the personalized travel program provided, in its initial or earlier stages, can be used in the future, without further charge, and, therefore, is non-refundable. The cancellation policies of local service providers are effective from the moment of payment of the travel program's down payment, when we confirm the accommodation reservations, we issue air and train tickets in accordance with the necessary advance of each trip. These vary from service provider to service provider we use on our trip (hotels, airlines, etc). In general, cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the trip have their payments refunded almost in their entirety, with small cancellation fees from local airlines, train tickets, hotels, local operators and banks. From 45 days before the start of the trip, cancellation fees increase gradually, varying from service provider to service provider. Still, we will definitely do our best and talk to each service provider to see what we can get out of refunds even after this date. With respect to airline tickets, each airline and fare has its own cancellation policy.
