Changes, Exchange and Cancellations

Changes to approved travel programs in these countries require a good deal of time to get them back in order. No case of cancellation, the service of assembling the personalized travel program provided, in its initial or earlier stages, can be used in the future, without further charge, and, therefore, is non-refundable. The cancellation policies of local service providers are effective from the moment of payment of the travel program's down payment, when we confirm the accommodation reservations, we issue air and train tickets in accordance with the necessary advance of each trip. These vary from service provider to service provider we use on our trip (hotels, airlines, etc). In general, cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the trip have their payments refunded almost in their entirety, with small cancellation fees from local airlines, train tickets, hotels, local operators and banks. From 45 days before the start of the trip, cancellation fees increase gradually, varying from service provider to service provider.
