Local operators do not provide one-off services such as transfers, hotel stays, etc. They are paid for their work through a small percentage of each service in the travel program. Through our work history and conversations about the new times regarding technology and ways of organizing our trips, they understand that when they cannot offer a specific service within our travel program, only in that specific case, it is okay for us to take care of that specific service in another way, not with them.
