General situation and protocols in these countries

Domestic tourism in these countries, as in our countries, continues very busy. India is to open to foreigners on a more consistent basis since mid-November. Consulates have already started issuing visas. O Nepal has been open for trekking groups a few months ago and now for tourism in general.

Bhutan e Tibet remain closed. We hope they will open very soon, possibly in the beginning of the year.

The rules for India and Nepal mainly concern the covid tests, which we need to do just before the trip, and vaccination, to avoid the need for some days of quarantine.

More specific situation with tourism professionals

We have heard from friends in these countries, since the beginning of vaccination, that professionals of tourism have always been ready and vaccinated in greater proportion than professionals of other areas.
