ii. Bearing in mind the testing requirements for passengers from the UK, Brazil and South Africa who have to make connections, airlines must keep passengers informed of the need for transit time of at least 6 to 8 hours at the airport. entry (in India) when booking tickets for connecting flights.

 

saw. Airlines must identify international travellers arriving to/from the UK, Brazil and South Africa (during the last 14 days) and segregate them during the flight or during disembarkation to make it easier for authorities to comply with due protocol. respect of these travellers.

 

viii. Immigration officers at these identified airports must also ensure the identification of travellers (from their passports) who originated or transited from the UK, Brazil and South Africa (within the past 14 days).

 

xvi. All UK, Brazilian and South African travellers at the airport of arrival:

The. You will give your sample in the designated area and leave the airport. They will be monitored by the State Integrated Disease Surveillance Program (IDSP).
B. The relevant state authorities / airport operators will collect and send the test report to the traveller.
ç. If the test is negative, they will remain in domestic quarantine for 7 days and will be monitored regularly by the IDSP of the state/district in question. These travellers must be retested after 7 days and if negative, released from quarantine and continue monitoring their health for a
7 more days.
d. All those with a positive result must undergo the procedure detailed in clause (xviii) below.
