xv. Travelers from specified countries at risk [as mentioned in paragraph (iii) above] will follow the protocol as detailed below:

The. If the traveller comes from a country with which India has reciprocal agreements for mutual acceptance of WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccines (category A):

i. If fully vaccinated **: They will be allowed to leave the airport and will self-monitor your health for 14 days after arrival.
ii. If partially / not vaccinated: Travelers must perform the following
measurements:

      • Sample submission for COVID-19 testing * post-arrival at the point of arrival, after which they will be allowed to leave the airport,
      • Domestic quarantine for 7 days,
      • Retest on the 8th day of arrival in India * and if negative, re-monitor your health for the next 7 days.

B. If the traveller comes from a country other than those covered by Category A, they would be required to submit to the measures mentioned in paragraph a (ii) above, regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status.
